Mr. Christopher M. Kinney, P.E. is a Principal/Owner and Senior Project Manager. In addition, he serves as Operations Manager, in which he is responsible for the overall management of the firm. His Operations Manager duties include client billings, payroll, staff management, and all daily office functions.

As a Project Manager, his responsibilities include design, geotechnical investigation, surveying, daily project coordination, tracking, and monitoring, as well as assuring clients that projects are being performed to their complete satisfaction. Chris serves as Project Manager and project engineer for many of RPKA's projects including:
