Responsible for the design of a 2,312 foot elevated wooden boardwalk for controlled river access for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Services also included construction documents consisting of plans and specifications of an on-site residence/storage building, on-site water and sewer system, driveway, secured storage area, and parking lot. A geotechnical investigation was completed by RPKA to provide soil and groundwater conditions and recommendations for building and boardwalk foundations. This project is one of several under a Five Year IDC contract.
