RPKA is responsible to BIA for design upgrades to approximately 3.8 miles of road. Services include:

  • Feasibility study
  • Geotechnical investigation
  • Surveying
  • Environmental permits and clearances
  • Hydrology
  • Archaeology
  • Public hearings
  • Construction Documents

The existing road loop system of Boundary Avenue and Airport Boulevard are to be upgraded with the primary objective being dust reduction from these two roads. RPKA presented four solutions, and provided recommendations to alleviate this dust problem.
