RPKA is responsible for the design of 2.5 miles of road upgrades for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Alaska Regional Office. Services include:

The road upgrades are to the existing road system of McGuire Drive, Braton Street, Takotna Avenue and Chinana Avenue. The primary objective is to reduce the dust from McGuire Drive down through Chinana Avenue.
