New Road Design

Responsibilities for this BIA road design project consist of the design upgrades for approximately 3.5 miles of Windy Bay road. The upgrades include resizing of culverts, fish ladders, and the stabilization of the existing road prism. The road improvements lead to the new landfill and sludge lagoon site, and will improve access to subsistence site and Windy Bay road. This is the emergency evacuation road out of the village in case of a tsunami. Services include:
