Chugiak High School Renewal Project

Chugiak, Alaska

RPKA provided civil, geotechnical, soil testing, and surveying services for all site work. The building improvements consisted of interior modifications to the northwest wing of the school, an extension of the northwest wing toward the football field, and a connection between the northwest wing and the auditorium. Site work consisted of reconfiguring and regrading the parking lot between the northwest wing and the football field, regarding the area southeast of the auditorium to provide an access drive and loading dock, and relocating the water and gas lines from under the proposed building in that area. Other work included new walkways, an outside pool entrance, access to the pool and gym.
