RPKA was retained by the BIA Navajo Regional Facility Management Office to provide construction inspection for the re-roofing of this school. Services included: review and make recommendations for pay request, cost breakdown, schedule, payroll, and contract modification. A full-time on-site inspector was at the job site monitoring all construction activities, answering contractors questions, inspecting material delivered and testing to ensure that all complied with contract specifications.
