Golovin, Alaska

RPKA was retained by Montgomery Watson Harza who was under contract with the Alaska Area Native Health Consortium (ANTHC) to perform a soils investigation, including testing for this water storage tank. Services included drilling six test holes, and complete grain-size analysis and moisture contents on typical samples collected. Temperature was also measured at various depths in each test hole. Services also included estimating quantities at each borrow site and sampling material at three different borrow sites. A final report summarized the work completed including scope, purpose, field work, soil and groundwater conditions, temperature variations encountered in each test hole, logs of each test hole, and testing.
