Services for this Anchorage Water & Wastewater Utility project consisted of grading plan and security fence. The site work also included access improvements and an 8-foot chain link security fence to control access and to deter vandalism to this public water supply. Scope of work included:

- Site grading design
- Permit coordination
- Permit approval
