RPKA provides planning, design, and construction management/inspection for transportation programs, rural roads, paved roadways, streets, and boardwalks. Our services include assisting with funding, planning studies, feasibility studies, geotechnical investigation, environmental assessment studies, environmental clearance, surveying, hydrology/hydraulics, drainage, culverts, traffic studies, road inventory, transportation planning, permitting, agency coordination, public hearings, construction management and inspection, and coordination between the contractor and the owner. RPKA is highly experienced with projects constructed under the Indian Reservation Roads (IRR) Program and force account construction methods. RPKA has also completed many projects for Native clients under the PL93-638 process.
